Saliba has hit the ground running in his first season with Arsenal, acting as one of the Premier League’s best performing and most solid defenders despite this being his debut campaign in the top flight.
The Frenchman has overshadowed defensive partner Gabriel Maghaeles so far this campaign, playing every minute of Arsenal’s nine fixtures and contributing with two goals and one assist to earn rave reviews. However, Manchester United legend Roy Keane still has his reservations.
Keane told Sky Sports : “They’ve got a bit of physicality in the team, they’ve got two centre halves. I know they’ve got a mistake in them but there’s that physical presence.”
