According to Fabrizio Romano, a transfer expert, Pedro Neto is eyeing a move to the Premier League as the race for his signature intensifies. The 22-year-old is reportedly a target for both the London clubs and the French club Nice. The former will need to sell Nicolas Pepe and West Ham’s Maitland-Niles.
On his “Here We Go” podcast, Fabrizio noted that although the interest of the London club in Neto is still strong, it is important to prioritize the signing of an outgoing player before the deal is concluded. He said that the deal for Neto would ideally be concluded before September 1. However, the former noted that the deal for the Portuguese is not yet complete and that the clubs are still negotiating regarding the loan agreement for the former.
