Manchester City is interested to transfer Bukayo Saka. Read more in the article to learn what is going on.

Arsenal is yet to secure the long-term future of Bukayo Saka as he continues to show he is arguably their best player.

The attacker is one reason they are at the top of the Premier League table now and he shone for England at the 2022 FIFA World Cup before France eliminated them from the competition.

Now that he is out of it, Arsenal will look to conclude talks about a new deal with his entourage, so they can secure his long-term future.

However, they must act fast because other clubs are paying attention to his future, according to different reports, one of them being Manchester City.

90Mins reveals the Premier League champions have been watching him and have added him to their shortlist of English talents to add to their squad.

If Arsenal fails to secure Saka’s future and they receive any kind of encouragement, they will act fast to add him to their squad as soon as they can.

Staying at the Emirates appeared to be the best move for Saka at this stage of his career. The Gunners are developing under Mikel Arteta. And there is no point moving somewhere where he may not be one of the first names on the team sheet.

But expectations have now changed for Arsenal. They are fighting for the Premier League title. Saka has got a taste of fighting for silverware with his boyhood club.

If the Gunners capitalise on their current position, you would struggle to see why he would want to leave.

But if they now fall away, Saka may perhaps feel that he has a tougher decision – particularly if Manchester City are ready to offer him a fresh challenge.

Saka was part of the England squad that reached the quarter-finals of this winter’s World Cup, eventually being knocked out by France. During the tournament the 21-year-old stole the show in the Three Lions’ opening game against Iran by scoring a brace.

He would score his third goal of the World Cup against Senegal in the round of 16 as the Three Lions breezed past their African opponents. For Arsenal, Saka has become a regular fixture in Mikel Arteta’s team and this season has scored five goals and notched six assists in 20 appearances.
